Overview:
Teaching is not only about passing on information. It is about sharing your own experience as it fits to the student's goals and objectives, all with the right amount of fun as music is fun in the first place. So let's see what we can build together since I will learn from you as I teach you what I know.
EXPERIENCE
I have been playing professionally for about 30 years and teaching guitar for 25+ years. My teaching experience encompasses beginner to advanced student levels on electric and acoustic guitar.  Born in Genoa, Italy, I've worked as a performer in many different settings, including bands, duos, and solo paying originals and covers in Genoa, Milan, and the U.S. I also have significant studio experience. My skill set also includes strong reading, transcription of all instruments, guitar arranging and excellent knowledge of guitar effects.  While many of my former students continue playing for their own enjoyment, I am proud to say that others have gone on to play professionally and even attend the Berklee College of Music.
METHODS USED
Over the years I have developed my own method for teaching guitar students of different levels. The first step is always to determine the current knowledge and experience so we know where to start. For beginners, I like to help the student learn basic chords so that they can quickly play a few songs and have fun right away. The more a beginner enjoys playing, the more they will want to learn and practice. With more experienced students, the direction of lessons is more interactive so that we work toward helping you accomplish your goals.
LESSON STYLE
There are three things that I have found are keys to successful lessons - Fun, Commitment, and Practice!

Select all the days/times the student would be available to start lessons. Selecting "3pm - 7pm" means the student can start as early as 3pm or start as late as 7pm. It is important that you select as many days and the widest window of start times for each day as possible. That will help us make a match with one of our teachers.

Are you sure that's your only availability? The more availability you easier it will be to arrange a teacher for you.
